‘Flight at the Museum’ is an exclusive yoga bird themed workshop for adults which will take place at the iconic Dorman Museum, Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough.
The event is being held on Sunday, 21st July and Sunday, 11th August, from 4pm to 6pm.
Join in ‘after hours’ for exclusive access to the museum and you can enjoy the surroundings of the atmospheric Nelson Room bird gallery where the workshop will be held.
The workshop, led by fully qualified instructor Yoga Mike, will follow a gentle Ashtanga routine inspired by the beauty of birds. Over the session you’ll glide through a variety of bird inspired yoga poses, some fun balance challenges and end with a blissful guided relaxation session to leave you feeling lighter than air. The workshop is suitable for all abilities and everyone is welcome.
Afterwards, there will be tea and coffee at a social gathering overlooking Albert Park. This will be the perfect way to end the night.
